MEET THE  AUTHOR

Greetings! My name is Aronda Frazier, the creator and author of Dare to Teach.  I am a veteran educator with twenty-four years of experience,as a mathematics teacher.  I have earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees in Mathematics Education and an Educational Specialist degree in Secondary Administration.  I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Educational Technology.  I am secondary mathematics and secondary principal certified and am gifted and talented, advanced placement (Calculus AB) and International Baccalaureate endorsed.  For the past ten years, I have served as a mentor  for first year teachers and as an evaluator for second year teachers seeking continuing contract status in the State of South Carolina. Additionally, I have taken on the roles of cooperating teacher for pre-service teachers and student teachers.  It is the sum total of these previous and present experiences that have equipped me to pen Dare to Teach. Dare to Teach is a labor of love and a means of encouraging, strengthening, and bolstering society's backbone, classroom teachers.
